We are pleased to present our menu choices depending on the wedding package you have booked. Please choose one dish from each course to create your personalised wedding breakfast. You can also upgrade your menu to the Ruby Menu Collection – just speak to your wedding co-ordinator.

Sapphire Menu

Leek and potato soup finished with cream and parsley croutons

Rose of melon with cassis sorbet and forest fruits

Smooth chicken liver pate served with house chutney and toasted brioche

Main Courses

Roasted loin of seasoned pork with apple sauce, rosemary roasted potatoes, root vegetables and red wine jus

Grilled fillet of salmon with spring onion creamed potatoes, sugar snap peas and tomato beurre blanc

Pan roasted chicken breast with fondant potatoes, tarragon carrots and fine beans with red wine jus
